Din acest motiv mul\u021bi clien\u021bi ne \u00eentreab\u0103 care sunt motivele \u0219i argumentele din spatele acelor onorarii (fees)? Mai ales c\u00e2nd se pare. la prima vedere, c\u0103 doi creatori sunt similari: aceea\u0219i dimensiune a comunit\u0103\u021bii, din aceea\u0219i industrie \u0219i ni\u0219\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n<p>Da, uneori unii influenceri fixeaz\u0103 onorarii \u00een mod aleator! Consider\u0103m c\u0103 este folositr cu at\u00e2t mai mult pentru exper\u021bii din marketing (de la branduri, magazine online, agen\u021bii) s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 variabilele \u0219i motivele acestor onorarii.<\/p>\n<h2>Cele mai \u00eent\u00e2lnite 9 argumente la stabilirea unor onorarii \u0219i bugete Influenceri Romania:<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Market Demand: Cerere \u0219i ofert\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>C\u00e2t de mare este cererea pe acel influencer sau creator de con\u021binut, \u00een acea perioad\u0103? Dac\u0103 cererea este mare, atunci onorariul este mai mare dec\u00e2t la al\u021bi creatori similari. Este o regul\u0103 de economie!<\/p>\n<h3>2. Engagement<\/h3>\n<p>Pentru creatorii \u0219i influencerii care au ER (engagement rate) mai mare dec\u00e2t al\u021bii, onorariile sunt de obicei mai mari.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Calitatea con\u021binutului<\/h3>\n<p>Dac\u0103 influencerul respectiv crede c\u0103 livreaz\u0103 o calitate superioar\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de al\u021bi creatori, onorariul va fi mai mare. \u0218i avem situa\u021bii \u00een industria rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u00een care creatori de 50k-60k followers cer (\u0219i primesc!) onorarii 2x-3x mai mari dec\u00e2t creatori care au peste 100k followers!<\/p>\n<p>Calitatea mai bun\u0103 vine \u0219i din investi\u021bia \u00een aparatur\u0103 \u0219i echip\u0103, a\u0219adar influencerul va cere mai mult pentru a-\u0219i acoperi cheltuiala aceasta.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Exclusivitate<\/h3>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd clientul cere exclusivitate pe ni\u0219a \/ industria lui, influencerii este blocat pe o perioad\u0103 de timp (3-6 luni) \u0219i nu poate s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tige de la branduri competitoare. Din acest motiv, influencerii cer onorarii mai mari pentru a acoperi acest &#8220;blocaj&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 conceptul de &#8220;Exclusivitatea Implicit\u0103&#8221; &#8211; acea exclusivitate care nu este cerut\u0103 prin contract de c\u0103tre client, dar influencerul \u00ee\u0219i d\u0103 seama c\u0103 nu mai poate lucra cu concuren\u021ba clientului pentru c\u0103 NU vrea. Iat\u0103, blocajul nu este impus de client, dar este real!<\/p>\n<h3>5. Sezonalitate<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de industrie \u0219i ni\u0219\u0103, exist\u0103 fluctua\u021bii de cerere-ofert\u0103 \u0219i de impact \u00een func\u021bie de sezon. De exemplu campaniile \u00een Fitness \u0219i Nutri\u021bie au impact mai mare \u00een ianuarie \u0219i februarie. Influencerii care sunt con\u0219tien\u021bi de aceast\u0103 sezonalitate vor cere onorarii mai mari \u00een anotimpurile sau perioadele respective, sau vor fi mai flexibili \u00een perioadele slabe.<\/p>\n<p>Sfat: Pentru a te proteja de sezonalitate, echipa MOCAPP recomand\u0103 contractarea influencerilor \u0219i creatorilor de con\u021binut din timp, cu minim 6 luni \u00eenainte &#8211; de preferin\u021b\u0103 cu 12 ani \u00eenainte. Astfel onorariile r\u0103m\u00e2n fixate din timp \u0219i nu ai surprize cu onorarii diferite c\u00e2nd te gr\u0103be\u0219ti mai tare!<\/p>\n<h3>6. Durata campaniei<\/h3>\n<p>Este de la sine \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 durata campaniei poate influen\u021ba onorariile influencerilor. Experien\u021ba noastr\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 influencerii prefer\u0103 o rela\u021bie pe termen lung cu brandurile preferate &#8211; a\u0219adar vor fi mai flexibili la negocierea bugetelor.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Notorietatea brandului<\/h3>\n<p>Influencerii vor fi mai flexibili la bugete \u0219i onorarii pentru un brand mai la \u00eenceput de drum sau unul local. Iar c\u00e2nd primesc oferte de la branduri interna\u021bionale sau cu mare notorietate, creatorii pot cre\u0219te onorariile pentru acelea\u0219i livrabile \/ post\u0103ri. Dar nu e o regul\u0103 b\u0103tut\u0103 \u00een cuie, se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 ca unii influencerii s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 invers: pentru c\u0103 vor s\u0103 lucreze cu branduri celebre, vor oferi onorarii mai mici dec\u00e2t cele standard!<\/p>\n<p>Oricare ar fi motivele, fi\u021bi preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 vede\u021bi onorarii diferite de la influenceri \u00een func\u021bie de notorietatea brandului din campaniile Social Media.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Pachete mai mari<\/h3>\n<p>La pachete mai mari, influencerii \u0219i managerii de influenceri vor fi deschi\u0219i s\u0103 ofere un onorarii mai mic per livrabil. De exemplu: 2 Reels \u0219i 6 Stories, \u00een loc de 1 Reel \u0219i 3 stories.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Termene de plat\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti deschis s\u0103 pl\u0103te\u0219ti mai repede (adic\u0103 la 7 zile, maxim 15 zile de la finalizarea campaniei), influencerii vor fi mai flexibili s\u0103 ofere onorarii mai mici.
