I'm a creative taster and explore that made an alter ego for his curiosity about tastes and soul satisfying adventures. It started as a meditation and manifest for the culture of savouring and tasting a drink, a place, an experience. Many societies today forgot the ceremonial part of consuming a hospitality experience. We outlook the big role it had in our cultural rituals such as rites of passage, the cycles of life or the seasons. In this project (Tasting With Shu), we try to change this aspect and to bring to the public a creative take on drinks, places (bars, restaurants, touristic spots, cool places) through visual storytelling, without neglecting the history behind every brand. It's important to mention that a well-crafted drink, food, adventure should not belong to the preserve of fancy bars or to experts who have fixed ideas on what is appropriate to drink, consume or check out or when to enjoy it. We want to promote a different approach in which we set aside that sort of machismo snootiness. Just experience what you like, when you like. But when you do it, at least you'll have some knowledge that will help you to choose the right moment. This concept started as a journey of exploring the entire variety of tastes from all around the world, to break stereotypes in order for people to experiment more and to educate people on choices.
