In 2008 he received the title “Best young entrepreneur of the year” from Junior Achievement Romania.
In 2007 and 2008 he founded two online portals and in 2009 cofounded an online marketing agency. From 2012 he continued developing the tourism area with another hostel in Bucharest, Peaches, awarded the Trip advisor winner prize.
In 2013 opened three other hostels, two more in Bucharest, Floreasca and Little Bucharest and Pura Vida at the seaside. In the same season he built a bar business Pura Vida beach bar and started a touring agency, Young Tours.

In 2015 a restaurant, another beach bar at the seaside and a brand new hostel with a sky bar in the old town of Bucharest have been inaugurated.

The same year Tudor was appointed chapter leader and founder of Travel Massive, the fastest growing international community of tourism professionals.
In the autumn Pura Vida developed a hub for co-working space and a tea house.
Tudor is an active entrepreneur with a lot of energy for developing new start-ups.
